Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, custom-built equipment is non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

  2. Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping Back the Item: Securely pack the item, attach the provided return label, and ship it using a trackable method.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
